Patrick Lynch

Principal Solicitor

Prior to moving to Queensland in 1992, Patrick was employed by two mid size firms where he practised in the hospitality field and represented some of Melbourne’s leading restaurateurs, hoteliers and night club owners and professional entertainers. His experience included acting for public companies mainly in the commercial area involving sellers in acquisitions of businesses.

He has significant legal experience in property and commercial law and recently assisted in the acquisition of two major commercial sites in Brisbane.

Patrick’s experience now includes, in addition to commercial work, personal injuries and estate matters.  He has represented both applicants in Family Provisions Applications and defended estates from such applications on behalf of the executors.  He has an excellent record of settling the matters before they reach court.
