As a member of our team you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of commercial matters including contract drafting, property development, business sales and acquisitions, loan and security agreements, share transfers, business conveyancing, and commercial and retail leasing.

 🎯 To be successful you must have:

​

• 3+ years post admission experience;

• Experience in Commercial Law including, business conveyancing, leasing, other commercial agreements, and various other commercial issues;

• Strong technical and drafting skills;

• High level of attention to detail;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

• A knowledge of Actionstep is an advantage, but not essential as we provide training; and

• Ability to work autonomously and as part of our team.
