Senior Solicitor - Family Law

Prior to being admitted as a solicitor, Michelle was a paralegal for many years working in most areas of law and found her niche in the Family Law arena.

Michelle joined Lynch Law in September 2022, taking on the role of Senior Solicitor in the firm’s Family Law team.

Michelle brings to the firm extensive experience in all areas of Family Law:

No matter how difficult or complex your matter is, Michelle’s clients benefit from her experience in dealing with parties’ disputes and the ability to resolve matters through mediation or if necessary the court process.

Michelle has a particular interest in children’s matters and is able to guide clients through the maze of negotiating an appropriate parenting order or parenting plan which suits each client’s particular family circumstance.

Michelle is also part of the remote volunteers’ team at the Women’s Legal Service Queensland, offering her time to provide free legal advice to women from rural, regional and remote areas of Queensland in relation to domestic violence, child protection, child support and family law matters.

•    Bachelor of Laws – SCU
•    Post Graduate Diploma Legal Practice – ANU
•    Admitted as Solicitor – Supreme Court of Queensland
•    Register of Practitioners – High Court of Australia
