Financial Agreements can apply to both de facto relationships and marriages, and can be completed before, during or after the marriage or de facto relationship.

Financial Agreements are another way to document a formal property settlement and do not require involvement of the court.  Both parties must receive independent legal advice regarding the agreement for it be enforceable.
