Mediation

In some situations, whether parenting matters or property settlement, parties are able to resolve their issues without the need to commence court proceedings.

In cases where parties are unable to reach agreement regarding parenting matters, the court requires couples to attend mediation prior to issuing court proceedings.

We can assist a client entering the mediation process with the tools to negotiate an amicable outcome.

On occasions where it is not possible to reach an agreement we are able to assist in drafting court proceedings and court representation.
